Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to scheduled shoot, and is subject to an additional 10% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable. Some exceptions can be made for extenuating circumstances.

Inclement weather

I get it, Mother Nature is unpredictable.

If your session is entirely outdoors: I will reach out in advance if inclement weather is expected and will reschedule at no additional cost.

If your session is entirely indoors: In the event that inclement weather makes travel extremely unsafe or impossible (heavy snow, ice, high winds), I will reschedule at no additional cost.

If your session is both indoor and outdoor: I will proceed with the indoor locations and reschedule the outdoor locations at no additional cost. If you prefer to reschedule the entire shoot, an additional rescheduling fee of $50 applies.

how far do you travel?

Any sessions booked within a 25-mile radius of the Nashville metropolitan area include travel in the booking price. Any travel outside of this area is subject to additional fees and will be outlined in the session contract.

How do i pay?

Once your session booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to securely pay your 20% deposit. Once your deposit has been paid, you will be sent a follow up invoice for the remaining amount due, to be paid on the date of your session.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Prints and other physical media are available for purchase directly from your client gallery upon delivery.

How can i use my session photos?

You are granted unlimited personal use of your session photos. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without an expressly written licensing agreement between the client and photographer.

Posting images from your session on social media is considered personal use, with the exception of paid partnerships and monetized content.

Are revisions allowed?

Short answer: No.
